The soundtrack was executive produced by Nigel Godrich with Edgar Wright and includes a number of original tracks composed by Beck and performed in the film by Sex Bob-Omb the band featuring star Michael Cera on bass along with a previously unreleased track from Metric and tracks from Broken Social Scene, Beachwood Sparks, The Bluetones, Blood Red Shoes, Black Lips and Frank Black.
